The last couple times I went in to this store I could not find my shoe size in stock. Each time I walk down the aisle and find an acceptable looking shoe I then look for it in my size and it is not in stock. When I ask for assistance the employees state that I can order online but that is pointless. I buy shoes primarily for comfort and not style. How can I try on a shoe online to see if it fits? I come into your actual store to try on a shoe and make sure it is comfortable before buying it. When I come to your store and you do not stock my common shoe size it is a waste of my time. And no, I am not going to waste even more time driving to your Canton store when you cannot even keep my size in stock at the Ann Arbor store. Why should I expect anything different in Canton?
I always shop here for my shoes. They have a great selection of shoes.
Not enough selection of shoelaces. There were no cool ones in the store.
