Natural Balance Wellness Medical Center

I decided to go to Natural Balance Wellness Center and I looked at it as an investment in my health. I received some valuable information, but found other services were not helpful. I felt that there were recommendations for me that were not necessary to improve my condition.nnPeople who go to this clinic may likely be feeling vulnerable due to health reasons, like me. So, when the recommend is coming from a doctor, it feels important. I felt that I had to decipher whether I really needed what the doctor was recommending, and it was an uncomfortable position to be in. I also paid to speak to a dietitian, which was a required part of my treatment, and I did not find it as helpful as I hoped or expected it to be.nnWhile I was seen at the Natural Balance Wellness Center, I adhered to the program outlined for me, including regularly taking supplements as they were advised. I found the amount and quantity of supplements recommended to be more than I was comfortable with. After about 9 months I felt it was wrong for me to continue seeing Dr. Boggess. He advised against it and informed me that I needed to continue for another year, probably longer, in order to experience the full benefits of the program. I do believe in natural medicine and holistic approaches as having a part in science, but I also trusted my intuition, which told me to leave. I do not recommend Natural Balance Wellness Center to my family and friends, and that's why I decided to write this review. Some people swear by this clinic and that's terrific for them, but it's definitely not for everyone.

I have been working with Dr. Aarty Soorya for over a year and her knowledge about holistically helping you address issues with food intake, fasting and sleep are absolutley on point. Through discussions with her my sleep improved from 3 hours to 7 hours and with intermittent fasting I lost over 10 pounds.nDr. Soorya worked with me, answered questions, gave me multiple options and I am very happy with the results. It takes work and consistency and you can see the results. Highly highly recommend Dr. Soorya.

Focus is given to the entire body in a holistic manner, to include nutrition and lifestyle changes as/if needed.nThey monitor my progress closely and explain the protocol in detail. Being new to integrative medicine I was not sure what to expect! This practice exceeeded anything I could have thought of .... the staff made me feel comfortable and ease, especially Dr. Soorya! I am lucky to have found her, through various tests and nutraceutical remedies, I have been able to deal with loss of my dad in such a positive way! No pharmaceuticals needed ! She has continued to keep up with my care and wellbeing. They also have the best products that I know are safe and really help.
