This Tillys is a great place to shop for clothes, it’s big with a lot of varieties of clothes.The customer service there is great, really nice employees and even the manager is a very nice person to.
Horrible customer service and products. Products arrived broken and none of my phone calls or emails were responded to in weeks when they say it will take 24 hours for a response. They have consistently ignored my contacts to customer service. On Instagram when I commented to ask about getting help my reply along with another woman’s was deleted by tillys in minutes and neither of us were reached out to
I've always liked Tillys, not as much now after finding out the hard way that clearance items are Final Sale. You wont find one sign about it in the store or have a single employee tell you. You'll only find it written on the reciept, which is ironic. The manager was pretty b*tchy, but I'd be too if I had to work there.
Nice store and great employees!
Awful experience. I was followed by an associate and watched. No one asked me did I need help. I had several bags on my arm. There was no reason for the associate to follow me!!!
