Customer service sucks. Prices were decent.
Nice sturdy well built shoes to choose from. the aisles are pretty narrow and they could add more lighting. We took advantage of the nice sale they were having. Well worth the trip.
If you are like me and bummed out about the selection at the Clarks store in The Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi, look no further! This outlet has what you need, more than likely. I went here last weekend with a friend and ended up purchasing two different pairs of shoes, one for work and one casual.nThe store is clean and well organized. This being an outlet store, you're going to get a good pair of Clarks at a good amount less than the normal retail price.
It's a good thing I don't live close. Bought 2 pair of shoes. One pair that I wanted but couldn't justify the full price. I bought that shoe and am very happy with the purchase. Staff is helpful knowledgeable and friendly.
