Ordered a Togo and they were fast. Food was cooked good. I was recommend
The waitress was horrible. All of the food was cold. She didnt provide any utensils or straws. Party of 2 in the bar section ALONE and she apparently didnt know how to do her job. We had to ask another waitress for assistance. When brought to the attention of another waitress and manager they spoke to our original waitress just to have her rudely confront us about her despicable service. Manager did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I didnt want to make a scene so we paid our bill and left with cold food and a horrible experience at APPLEBEE'S. So disappointed. We have been eating there for 13 years together. Not any more.
Love this Applebee's!! Friendly service and staff. They go above and beyond to make you feel valued and wanting to come back
If I could give a review with a negative amount of stars I would have. Placed a car side to go order tonight and had to make three trips to the restaurant to get the full order. When I got home the steak meal I ordered was all messed up. I ordered a rare steak and it was beyond well done and the loaded baked potato I ordered was just a plain potato. The manager wanted me to come up for a forth time to get a new potato. Multiple people at this restaurant should be fired starting with the manager.
Ordered online. I absolutely loved that you get exactly what you see. Food was amazing and fresh.
