Great staff always very helpful and funny. The food is good, but they change the menu often. So don't get used to an item, because it could be gone the next day.
One of worst experience I’ve had at an Unos. The food had taken longer than I had anticipated. Staff was great but it seems like the kitchen had been unorganized. The pasta dish was horrible. I could of made this myself at home. It was not hot and the Sauce was bland. My step dad didn’t get his pizza until we had finish our dish. He had one slice and was ready to go home. The place did not seem busy on a Saturday night so what could have gone wrong?
Food was very good, but it did take longer then expected to get. We were told it was due to a higher volume of take out orders.
The wings and pizza are so good. And the service is even better.
I did not like the food in this restaurant. The one in Holyoke mall is great!
