If I could give zero stars I would. The doctor, nurse, and front office staff I dealt with for my visit were rude. To be fair, on the day of the procedure everyone was nice and helpful. When it came to the billing it was more than they said it would be, stuff happens with insurance not the end of the world. Where it gets shady is I sent them a check for a partial payment. I spoke with someone from the department the day after sending the check letting them know it would be a partial payment, and the rest would be paid by the end of the month. They received the check and ran it for the full amount, not the amount written on the check or their bill slip. They also ran it as a debit transaction and not a check so I can't prove to my bank that it wasn't the amount I wrote the check for. I'll find the proper channels to report them. I would recommend getting a second opinion, or looking elsewhere if your insurance allows it. Wouldn't recommend doing business with them to anybody.

The facility is clean and well kept.nThe Check in process is misleading to downright dishonest. Having you sign documents that are primarily electronic so you are truly not aware of what you are signing unless you ask for a print out. And then, they act inconvenienced, as if they had to dive to staples to get the paper.nThen they lied about Who they can disclose your personal health information to, then ask you to sign a document that disagrees with what they tell you.nMY BIGGEST ISSUE IS WITH THE SURGICAL STAFFnnThe height of cold, milk like interaction.nAnd then the laughing and cackling coming from the procedure room speaks volumes. This is totally unprofessional, people at at their most vulnerable state under anesthesia, not to mention the level of exposure that comes with a colonoscopy. And to have the staff making inappropriate comments about patients is inexcusable.nESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE ASLEEP AND UNABLE TO DEFEND THEMSELVESnnSHAME ON YOU!!nnIF THIS IS ALLOWED, CAN THEY BE TRUSTED TO PROTECT YOU?nnAnd to think they will get paid to act in this manner.nnChose somewhere else!!!!!

The good part is they are very efficient at moving you through a colonoscopy.nnWe have been here a few time between my wife and myself and the only reason we come here it is the only place our doctor does colonoscopys at.nnIt is a dump in the basement. The waiting room is terrible - stuffy and cramped especially considering people have to wait a couple hours for those getting a procedure. Novi has comfortable chairs and tables. The public restroom is worn out and needs an update.nnThe check in kiosk is a joke. Most people there were older and many struggled with the system. It couldn't save them more that 2 or 3 minutes and it is very poor customer service.nnThe rest is like being in a cattle car. They rush you threw the system with very small spaces separated only by curtains on 3 sides. Very little privacy. The room for the procedure was also small.nnThe admin staff was ok, the medical staff seemed competent but they rush you through one step the the next. I seems very mechanical and relatively cold.nnI recommend the Michigan Endoscopy Center in Novi, absolutely NOT the Farmington Hills site.

Amazing staff made me feel comfortable with my procedure. Easy process and Dr. Levinson along with his team was very caring and made sure they/he assessed my concerns.
