Had a great experience at this store. Carolyn and her team provided excellent service. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made me feel at home. These are my first pair of Merrells and if they perform as I expect I will definitely be a repeat customer.
The shoes are amazing, but every single time I've been in here, I've received the BEST customer service. The staff here really knows their products and are great with making recommendations!
Not good service. Asked for help multiple times and they never got to me the entire hour I was there. Will not be shopping there again. They used to be good but things have changed I guess
No problems other than we had a Merrell store card, they couldn't get it to work. We had to call to see if it had money on it and it did. Finally she got it, just took to long. Not her fault, store computerud83dude44ud83dudc4d
Merrell is the BEST choice for me when footwear is needed. Been a loyal customer for around 20 years.
