In a world of online shopping and people with no communication skills, this red wings location located in green oak stands alone.nnI received excellent service from help picking boots, explaining the difference red wing is from other brands. The gentleman working on the 23rd of September from 3-5 pm was absolutely outstanding.nnI highly recommend this location and the service I received and will be returning due to the level of care I received.nnThank you so much.
The staff were very nice and helpful getting the proper insol for my newer boots.
We were here on a Saturday morning around 11nBen was working and he did a fantastic job juggling the three clients plus the phone that was ringing without missing a beatnHe talked, recommended and got boots for all three people and even did two shoe insert analyses and explained the results to both. It was so nice to see someone who takes pride in their work by creating an inviting atmosphere.
