What a great experience I had with everyone I met at the Running Lab! Keith was amazing. He took care of my shoe needs as if I were his only customer. It was so great working with someone with a clear understanding of what I needed, and he had the knowledge to back it up. My shoes are great. I couldn’t be happier.
I am a regular customer. The staff is outstanding, making sure your shoe fits your needs. Everyone is super knowledgeable, providing information, patience, and an amazing selection of the best quality products. Oh and they are all super personal and fun. Shop local. Running lab in Brighton is the best place to buy your shoes even if you're not a runner.
First time visiting today and walked out with a great pair of running shoes. The staff here does a great job. This is not a typical shoe store. Excellent service and advise.
The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They adhered to covid precautions while providing great customer service. The store was busy but we did not feel rushed. Toni, the manager helped to make sure my son found the right shoes for track and cross training. I bought running shoes there last year after having plantar fasciitis and the shoes they recommended made a world of difference. I was wearing the wrong size and the wrong amount of support for my flat feet. I highly recommend this store for running or walking shoes.
