I had the most amazing experience while shopping in this famous footwear location! The assistant manager and associate were AMAZING!! They were so sweet to me and my son and the associated sadee even complemented him on his shirt! It is always nice and organized and they are always sanitary and wearing masks. I will be coming back in the future(:

Going out in public hasn't been the same since Covid 19 interrupted all our lives. Everywhere you go people are covered in masks looking at you like a disease instead of a person.
I didn't feel that way in this store! The manager and sales associates were all so nice and willing to help me. I may not have been able to see their smiles behind their masks but I could see their eyes and left feeling like a person not a disease!
Came October 4th, the two girls working were super helpful and nice. Me and my wife loved our shopping experience and got the shoes we came for. Very clean and organized. Will definitely be coming back!
These two girls Maren and Sadie were not wearing masks at all and it made me so uncomfortable that I left:/ they expected me to wear a mask but they don’t have the decency to protect their customers as well.. Also they were on their phones the whole time and ignored me while I waited in line (that’s when I decided to leave)..
Great customer service! Maryn showed me some selections and showed me on her phone additional styles and colors. I should have purchased their, but with their system, she could not expedite shipping, which to me is a major flaw... why let the customer leave the store not making the sale? Just saying...
