Joe did an incredible job at the South Jordan store fitting me into a pair or women’s iron rangers. He is very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to explain the proper fit and teach me the speed loop lacing technique. He’s the type of person that’s passionate about what he is selling and it shows.
I stopped by the South Jordan store this afternoon to pick up a pair of safety boots for me and two colleagues. I told Ethan the issues I have with my current pair of steel toed boots (NOT Red Wing). He spent over an hour helping me get the right boots and the perfect fit. The young man knows his boots! He is very knowledgeable and passionate about the products they sell. When was the last time you had a shoe salesperson measure your foot, lace and tie your shoes and tell you to, "Walk around and see how they feel?" Me, probably 40 years ago at the Vernal JC Penny shopping for new school shoes. Then my parents put them on layaway for 6 months and I didn't get to wear them home. Ethan was awesome and I left with my boots on! If I could give six stars I would. I will definitely be returning to the South Jordan Red Wing store for future purchases.
