Left work early to pick up some boots for the job I had the next day and the doors were locked with nobody there, no signs on the door or anything stating why they might be closed (I got there just after 430). I understand things are tough right now for everybody but just putting an update on the website or even a sign on the door would have been better than nothing. I love the boots and this is the only store I can get to within their hours but I will be going elsewhere from here on out if I'm not able to get a response from the email I sent. Would have been a 5 star review..
This store has just been taken back over by corporate and they are super helpful and knowledgeable. The ladies in there are really cool and nice. They helped me get some much needed work boots during the whole pandemic shutdown and I had to return them twice . If you want some comfy work boots the redwing brand Irish setter boots are really nice if you work hard and are on your feet all day. If you buy the blue redwing insoles it makes them really comfortable.
Nothing better than standing in 100 degree heat for 20 min because they are only allowing 2 people in the store at a time. Save yourself heat stroke and buy boots elsewhere.
Friendly and informative staff, great products
i saw online that this store did minor shoe repair. I took a 15 year old pair of Sanita clogs in to have the elastic repaired on the buckle. I’ve had the elastic repaired two times in the past at a shoe repair store in Sandy. The guy at Red Wing replaced the elastic with a new leather strap and cleaned my clogs. I was so embarrassed when I dropped them off because they were so old and gross. When I picked them up, the seriously looked brand new! I am so so happy and will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you so much!
