They just lost yet another patient. You are better off just going to Planned Parenthood as they have done so much more for me than Dr. Mckewen and her nurse who never ever gets back with me ever has. They are booked out months in advance, which is like okay whatever, but then you get to your appointment and wait up to two hours and you still aren’t seen because the office enjoys scheduling people on “call days.” I was hospitalized with a horrible ovarian cyst at the same hospital the practice in Grand Blanc is located and I was not able to seen over a month after and when I got to my appointment I ended up waiting over two hours and Dr. Mckewen did not show. I was informed that it was a call day so she probably wouldn’t be in. Drove 45 minutes and wasted my time just for my issue to be swept under the rug and my health to NOT be taken into consideration. I scheduled an appointment and told them NOT on a call day where they assured me it wouldn’t be since I was scheduled at the Davison location, I just got a text and email saying it needs to be rescheduled. I am in constant pain and they are not taking my issues seriously AT ALL. I will be finding a new office.

I’ve been going to this doctor since week 5-6 of my pregnancy. I had an issue the very first visit at the Davison location and their staff is rude, but I won’t be getting into that right now. Anyways, they sent me to Grand Blanc for the rest of my appointments. I am now 32 weeks pregnant and they have transferred me to a totally different hospital because I am “high risk” due to excess fluid and gestational diabetes. I am completely understanding with that, but the doctor assured me it would be a “seamless transition” and it has been far from that. They are rude when I call about information regarding when I will even have an appointment with these new doctors that I have never met, which is kind of important seeing as how THEY will be delivering my baby now instead of the doctors I’ve gotten used to over the past 8 months. I met with 3 different doctors while I was receiving care here, and it seemed to me none of them knew what the other had talked to me about previously. They even tried to send me to get another glucose test at almost 30 weeks when I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes from the same test and had been sending them blood sugar info for months. I am highly disappointed I had heard such great things about one of the doctors here which is the only reason I even made an appointment with them, but I only got to meet her once. And every time I call the OB nurse with a question, no matter what time of day it is, she NEVER answered the phone and takes days to call back or has someone else call me. Real professional. Also, most of the nurses there are so rude, and the ultrasound tech i saw at my last visit was rude. I’m not even sure how they have a 4 star rating... I will be finding a new OB/GYN as soon as possible. These people are awful.

We just found out that we lost our baby. Very thorough and compassionate care.

OB nurse is atrocious and unprofessional. This office is negligent. Go somewhere else that will take care of your health and your child’s.

I was told due to a number of factors I could POTENTIALLY be a high risk pregnancy and was notified the doctors refused to take my case. This is after my dating ultrasound and 12 week ultrasounds were scheduled. They didn't refer me anywhere else. Instead was suggested to call Hurley OB which is a 5 week wait to even see a nurse. I am left hopeless and wondering if everything is okay with my child. All because I COULD POSSIBLY, ONE DAY be a high risk pregnancy. So disappointed.
