i’ve already made one of these two months ago.. still no call back. I’ve called many times, one where i got hung up on, and also one where they said a nurse will call back and they never did. but really am i surprised? been struggling for months with my health, but finally have a new provider and an appointment next week! sad to be leaving this place as i have been going since i was born. but after trinity took over, what a mess. take care of yourself and please find a new provider if possible.

Update: I went for an appointment recently and received the worst service I have ever gotten. The people who work here have sold their souls. Not one of my issues was addressed, took me 6 weeks of hold to get through to them before my break ended and finally was able to make an appointment. They said they did not have time to fill out a form I had and provided a letter which I do not believe my HR will accept. None of my concerns were addressed and they have me a referral for their GI despite me already having seen one for the issue. They only want the copays. I hope this place gets sued into oblivion.nnOriginal review: I had an online visit for some concerns I had a month ago (including some severe symptoms that I had been hospitalized for) and they said they would call me back to schedule an appointment and never did. I was over an hour on hold that day. I’ve tried to call numerous times since then but despite multiple attempts I have not been able to speak to a person as hold times have been, no joke, 30 minutes or longer every time. Now I need to find a new practice. Trinity, you suck; and it’s not your staff that are the problem. Reopen your offices, cut your admin salaries and use that money to hire more help for the phones and offices.
