I loved the guy who helped me, not sure his name, but he was so knowledgeable and so helpful. The reason I have it only 4 stars is because I went to go pay and the store wouldn't allow me to pay for the shoes with my HSA card. This is a HUGE inconvenience. I love this store and always come for my running needs, but this was very disappointing.
The one lady was so helpful. I was set on mizuno and found out brooks is for me! Wouldnt have been able to without this lady's patience about 2 weeks ago
Like to support a local store, and they have a good selection and knowledgeable sales persons.
I bought some expensive shoes here to use for work. The sales lady was knowledgeable and helpful in helping me discover my options. I bought two different pair of shoes and found one was not comfortable. They worked with me and were able to exchange for something better. They went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it. They really know how to serve a customer.
