Peter and his team did several projects for me both at my home and a small development project. Excellent knowledgeable staff, they were responsive to requests and had creative problem solving ability which helped create a great result. Staff was always courteous and concerned about doing quality work. Great family business.
We HIGHLY recommend Burns Fencing for the professionalism with the quoting and installation of our beautiful fence. They were extremely prompt in getting our quote and installing especially during the trying Covid times. They worked very hard during their time at our home which we greatly appreciated. Being a local family business their care and concern was apparent. THANK YOU TO YOU ALL!!!
I do not recommend Burns Fencing even though I have not had the opportunity to interact with them or see the works that they have done. The reason why I am not recommending Burns Fencing is because I am Deaf and use relay services to communicate via telephone-- they hung up on me three times without allowing me to explain them about relay services. I was motivated to give them business-- but if they are not going to take few seconds on the phone to LISTEN to the customer-- I cannot imagine what their customer service would be like in person.
This company is very professional they were on time great people to deal with. The fence turned out beautiful, on time, on budget.. Strongly recommend Burns’
Burns put in a cedar fence for us, and it's beautifully installed. They also helped us configure a system to easily detach a few of the panels that we need to very occasionally remove, which was a strange request. We could not be happier with the service and the responsiveness. They even came out to fix a low spot under one of the panels after the installation was complete.
