The staff was very helpful. I loved the sales prices and selection as well. They have a great selection of fish, aquatic supplies, cat/dog food and supplies and more! The sale prices are great!
Gloria in the grooming dept is the best! I have a German Shepherd that can be a handful. Gloria always has him looking great! Also the prices are very reasonable for the excellent service.
Petco always make sure my puppy is cute. Their a lil high but we've been going 6yrs and they know my Yorkie well. 4hrs normally but it took 5 this time not sure why. Petco does a good job just need to give more coupons for grooming.
I had some question and two employees help me and were friendly. Jen, one day and Hector the other. I don't have their last names at the Calumet City location. Hector was at the register and was calmly informative of the store no return policy at his time during the pandemic. Jen was very knowledgeable with medicines for cats and owns cats so she has direct experience that I trust. She also helped me with with grain free cat food I was looking for and cat toys. The store is clean, organized. Every time I go, it's the helpful friendly employees that make my day.
A lot of Items are over priced... there are No pets in any of the cages for sale. It was a very sad shopping experience for me.
