It was our rescue pup's first time being groomed so I was a little nervous – I can't speak for him but suspect he might have been too! He came back happy and looking great, and smelling better than ever before :) He even did a very naughty wee in the reception area and the woman I was dealing with was very kind and lovely about it!

Doug helped us and did an amazing job. He helped us get everything we needed for a pet frog he was also patient with all my sons questions and got us the best prices! Please let Doug know he was amazing!

Your store is very clean and nice and your staff is great..Everyone of your staff members greeted me and made me feel so welcomed . I took in a rescue dog and the young lady that helped me was great she showed me a few great choices for my new dog . I washable to get everything I needed and had a great experience . Ill be getting all my pet supplies at your store.

Would be nice if there was more than one of these nearby! Petco has great deals, their online ordering is great, they pretty much always have in stock what their website says they do. I also want to highly recommend their Vetco clinic on the weekends. After three failed attempts with nearby veterinarian clinics, whether it be, we aren't accepting new clients, or no response from them at all. Vetco makes it easy to set up an online appointment and get all of the main services done for your pet at a great price!

Will not be returning here. Placed an order online for pickup. Ordered several new foods for my cats. Arrived at store to pickup to find they no longer take returns. Would not have ordered all the new foods had I known this. Let the clerk know and was not offered any options. The bags were cheaply packed with 18 heavy cans of food stuffed into each bag. Do yourself a favor and shop pet supplies plus or Chewy.com.
