I have made several purchases from Aquatic Arts. These folks will go out of their way to satisfy the customers needs. I have ordered from a few other places, and Aquatic Arts far exceeds the competitor. I am very satisfied with the communication, which I feel is key. Quality and care of the fish is wonderful. The packaging is well packed for the appropriate temperature, inside an insulated cooler. Aquatic arts will be the only place I stock my tanks from. They are so friendly, attentive. Great job to the staff, thank you for the beautiful fish and shrimp. I look forward to more purchases!

I really enjoy buying from Aquatic Arts. The guys that work there are the best on the internet. I’m a senior citizen and have been enjoying fish and aquariums since I was 10. If you need a response. They will answer back in just a few hours. If you want the best place to shop for aquatics. Then I recommend them very highly. Ron

Everyone at Aquatic Arts went above and beyond to make our experience the best. Their customer service was exceptional and they answered the many questions I had quickly, helping me make sure that I was making the correct choices for a compatible group of fish. Their selection of fish is incredible and made it hard to narrow it down which is a good thing. The fish and plants were packed well and all of them acclimated well and immediately went to investigate when released into their new tank. I am incredibly pleased with the condition of all of the fish we ordered. They are in great body condition, alert, and look amazing. We are looking forward to seeing them mature into their colors and find their favorite spots in the tank. I will recommend Aquatic arts and will definitely order from them again when we are looking for fish or inverts. Thank you all again, to say we’re happy is an understatement.

Always the highest quality specimens. I've dealt with a few companies and Aquatic Arts is so much better than the rest. I don't even get the survival rate (which is 100% from AA) from local shops! These guys are my absolute favorite!!!

Have had great experiences ordering fish from them. If a fish I had ordered shows signs of sickness they will email and offer to change it. Both orders had extra of every species on the order and all that arrived survived! I Recommend them to everyone.
