We had set up an appointment for our golden retriever and Newfoundland to be groomed. Showed up, on time, and they asked what we were doing there. We told them we had an appointment and they said they had our dogs down as poodles and we wouldn’t be able to be seen during our scheduled time. Okay, mistakes happen. Set up an appointment for a week later only for them to call us back and say they wouldn’t see our Newfoundland at all because of her size. Very unprofessional. 0/10 would not recommend.
Rhonda and her staff are absolutely wonderful. They're professional, talented, and some of the few people my dog behaves for. I can't imagine ever taking my dog somewhere else.
Can’t get the dog cut correctly! Tried several times in fact. The people there said that they would cut the dog a certain way, and did the exact opposite! Even messed up the non-perfumed shampoo request. Took much longer than they said also. ud83dude14
The pet caregivers are amazing! It was the fastest nail trimming I have ever been apart of.
Very clean and a great place to take take your pet.
