Jessica was amazing!! Took excellent care of me while I was there today. Angie the MA was not very good at all. Did not go over meds properly, added medications I am severely allergic to. When asked about them she lied and said they were on allergy list and listed me as taking them already. Needs license taken away and fired. Disgrace to the degree I have. Did not do proper vitals, or go over history with me. Gail the girl who check me in was sweet. The x-ray tech was amazing. I would love to report Angie to the head of this office. Does not deserve to work in the medical field. OSF also stole my photos and and did not pay me who owns all rights to photographs taken by my phone. I need a good lawyer to sue them for copyright infringement, mis diagnosed, and also prescribing meds severely allergic to, refusing needing medications for VCD, anyone know a good lawyer? Thanks in advance. I have all paperwork to prove above statements

Very frustrated. No one called me to tell me that my culture came back positive for strep throat, even after I called to leave a voicemail asking for the results. When I was given an antibiotic, my symptoms worsened, but when I called to ask if I could be seen again, they stated, “You’re on the best antibiotic. We don’t do follow-up care. You can go to the ER.” I felt very invalidated. I will never return.

I have an 84 y/o mother who I have brought to this Prompt Care 3 times in the last year. Each time the medical staff has been extremely kind, caring, professional and helpful. We've never had a terribly long wait either. If it weren't for the lady who checks us in, and she's always there, I would give this clinic a 5 star rating. She sure isn't very friendly. Thank u OSF.

We used to love OSF, but I'm over it. Two of my kids tested positive for walking pneumonia last week. Now I'm sick, exact same symptoms, but the PA won't prescribe anything and refused to even test because I haven't been sick long enough. Seriously?! It's a dang good thing I'm a stay at home mom, or I'd have lost my job by now. First, i had two kids too sick to be in school for almost 2 weeks and now I'm sick: fever, horrible cough, etc. But no, can't even test for walking pneumonia until I've been sick several weeks. What a joke!!nnOkay, liar who is the owner, no one followed up. I'm still sick and from now on, I won't be coming to your prompt care. By the way, maybe try paying for a real doctor, not a pa, who is just out of college and offers super awesome advice like get plenty of rest and drink a lot of fluids. A moron can give better advice.

The visit and doctor care was fine(fast in and out) but now in a billing nightmare. My insurance has a 25$ copay for prompt care visits, but got a bill for 260$. After contacting my insurance they said they billed it wrong and to contact them to which I did only to get the same bill again. 260$ to have the doc pull an eye lash out of my eye. Not at all professional in how this has been handled
