The 5 stars are for Brandon S and Greg. Their personalities and people skills are amazing. As for the groomer, she should never work customer Service ever again. The dog is she cutting was more personable than her.
I wish every Petco was near a Kroger! I love that I can go pick up dog food and then pick up my groceries. This location also has never been out of stock of anything I was looking for and keeps adding more. The staff has been friendly and helpful every time I’ve visited and even got me signed up for Petco rewards which I’m super excited about! Their pet selection is also pretty vast!
Great place to shop for and buy pets. However, some employees need to be more knowledgeable about certain pets and also have better attitudes when helping customers.
The canceled our appointment for grooming 2 hours before our appointment. We would have had to given them 24 hour notice to cancel on our end. When we contacted the manager we were blown off and told there was nothing they could do. The manager said her hands were tied and did not offer a sincere apologize for the inconvenience or offer a solution to their poor customer service.
Good selection but didn't receive the discount I was supposed to on the fish I bought. Plus, 6 of the 8 died within two weeks of my purchasing them.
