Just finished helping my wife, she had a colonoscopy. They were better than the WI hospital that did mine. Good job!

Don't use this hospital if you are a senior citizen. My mother-in-law had a heart stress test scheduled and the heart Dr. office called the day prior to say Medicare would only cover 80%and she would be liable for $1,800. Mother in law asked why Tricare (her secondary insurance) didn't cover the balance, and the representative from the Dr. office said she didn't check that. So, the appointment needed to be cancelled while the office checked what they should have checked in the first place prior to scaring my 80 year old mother in law with a charge she cannot afford. Hopefully, the delay in testing won't be detrimental to her health.

Went in after a minor motorcycle accident to get checked out and cleaned up, staff was very rude and made comments that were very inappropriate. Never looked at fingers i told them were probably broken, was more concerned that i didn't file a police report for my accident. If i had known id be treated this way i would have traveled to another hospital.

Fantastic care. Couldn't have better nurses and doctors. Much better than I expected.

I took in my one year old with a 104 fever on a Saturday night. The doctor said it was my fault because I was under dosing her. He continued to have the nurse give her a full dose (of what he said was the correct amount) of acetaminophen and ibuprofen. I took her in to her primary care a few weeks after for shots and the doctor told me if needed to give her some acetaminophen I could do so. I asked him if the dosage of 5ml was okay since that is what I was told at the ER and he worried and said that it was not correct that for her to receive that high of a dose she would need to be at least 10lbs heavier and proceeded to give me the correct dose which is the original amount I had given her before we went to the ER.
