I don't think they've heard of customer service. In a world where stores like this are going out of business they should make an effort. I wasn't asked if I needed anything the whole time I was in the store. When I asked if they had a shoe in a different size I was told everything they had was on the floor. A few minutes later I was told they could order me a wide.nnAsk if customers need help.nnCheck online before dismissing customers.nnDon't ignore people who keep your store open.
