Lovely people
Very friendly sales staff. Pet prices seem to have gone through the roof in the last 10 years. We bought a full breed husky in 2012 for $2000 which i thought was expensive then. Now a purebred is $6400, and they offer financing!?! If you miss a payment do they take away your dog? Just seems like too much to me.
I would rate higher if they didn't sell puppies at outrageously high markup (that I doubt are all from reputable breeders). They keep these poor puppies in small cages with hard wire flooring that would be painful to be on 24/7. It seems very wrong to me... A lot of the reptile supplies are overpriced compared to many other pet stores, both big chain stores and small businesses. They do have good prices for feeder crickets though...
Wonderful staff here ! Petland I highly recommend . Don’t listen to the reputation it had before ! New owners that remodeled the place and take pride in where your animals breeders come from . It’s no more worrying about Dogs coming from Puppy Mills , They are hands on with the breeders and very knowledgeable of the animals and any needs or products you may need . All the store associates go training . Shout out to Savanna and Kaitlynn for her knowledgeable help . I recommend you checking out Petland and see the improvement and cool things they offer here now .
I recently a puppy from here and i loved how everyone was super friendly and they went through the whole process with me step by step. I got to see a lot of different puppies before choosing one. And they gave me a lot of stuff for my puppy.
