I love shopping at DSW! It's like a treasure hunt for shoes. You never know what to expect here. One thing that seems to happen on the regular is that they don't have a lot of sizes in stock, or they have the less common sizes. However, you can easily place an order in store for the right size. Associates are helpful. They are always willing to place an order for you if they do not have your size in stock. Make sure to sign up for their DSW rewards program so you get coupons sent to your house and email. They send a good amount of coupons that are usually good on anything.

I received excellent customer service from a young lady named Stacy. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out the store, she was great. I was in the store shopping for shoes for my daughter. She assisted me with locating the shoe at another store but I ended up having them delivered to my house since she advised shipping was free. She helped me use my rewards which helped me save a significant amount of money. Thank you Stacy! Great job!

The store manager has the worst customer service I have ever experienced today is Sunday November 15th. I purchased a pair of boots went home with two different boots same size two different boots came back they don't have the other boot so they refunded me the money. I asked them since they made the mistake would they honor that price for another pair of boots from their sales rack since it was from the sales rack and they expected me to pay more. Yheir mistake 100%, and they will not honor allowing me to pay what I originally paid for another pair of boots they expect me to pay more even though it's from the sales rack. The difference would have only been under $10 it's the principal that I'm upset about. Been a loyal customer for many many years have spent lots of money at that store and they can't even do things right to make a customer happy I didn't ask them to give me a free pair of $100 boots I just asked them to honor the original sales price for another pair of sales boot around the same price. I'm probably wrong but to me it was the principle not the money.
