They locked the doors at 6:48 with one customer in the store when the storenCloses at 7, they had 4 customers outside knocking on the door and act like they seen no one. Went tonAthletes foot and they let me in and I spent a few hundreds since there wanted my business.
Lack of customer engaging
I have nothing good to say about Champs. They cancelled my order for no reason, held my money, and kept me on the phone for 2 hours with customer service. The Foot Locker in Bolingbrook was incredible with service, but I'll never shop at any Champs again
The manager was rude and not personable at all no greeting when we walked in and I had to yell across the room to get him to notice me as I needed help. He was dismissive and had no work ethic
The food was mediocre....the shrimp salty and uncooked ..the drinks cocktails not done right...too much ice...
