There service is not bad for me they greet me and when I go there they don’t have all the shoes there but sometimes they shoes selection are great
Terrible customer service. What was once a fun, upbeat place to shop is now a musicless horrible service pit. Walked in was not greeted. Walked the woman’s side and grabbed a few shoes to try on. No one was around. There were 3 cashiers and a manager at the register standing. I walked over and was ignored. Waited until a kind customer asked if I needed help. Then was I asked my the employees. Sales associate did not engage with me about my needs after he brought my sizes. Cashier also did it engage. She was having a loud conversation with a colleague instead. Bagged my items and pushed me out the door. The store was not busy. Really trying hard not to return my items to avoid having to deal with that service again. There are other places with just as good products who provide exceptional service. This place is not one.
