I love champs that is where I get all my shoes there selection there is great and there customer service is great everyone I go in the they great me and everyone I’ve been there they have always ask do you need help finding something and then they almost every single time I went there they had the shoe I was looking for
Ok. Seen better ones with newer stuff.
Employees seem disinterested and undertrained. Prices also too high and not competitive with online. Also, they won’t accept their own coupons meant for online vs. in-store.

Best customer service I've had at any shoe store. They are always very helpful and go above and beyond. The store is very neat and organized. Had everything I needed and wanted.
