Clothes are on th high side in terms of retail pricing, but the store is clean and organized nicely.
The TORRID at Lincolnwood mall, in my opinion, is by far the BEST one I've been to. The customer service is above and beyond! Thank you so much for making my shopping experience amazing EVERY single time!
I'm always ordering something to take my mind off things. I most recently requested that my shipment package go to a store location and in this particular location it was clean the staff was okay and things were not disarray. The young lady was nice enough to do some extra over and beyond her call of duty to help with my account. The team members were wearing masks and the store wasn't fully packed.
The associates were welcoming, the merchandise is quite expensive and some of the clothes aren't that great looking. I honestly hope plus size shops will open and have more diverse clothing styles with a price tag that is similar to non plus size. But if you have to shop here, go ahead and get there because they're having a sale.
Torrid is one of my favorite stores the Customer Service is Excellent they are always very Helpful with anything you need
