Great shoes, prices and staff.
Staff is always friendly
Small selection of brands
I gave 2 stars because the store is clean and until today I have never had a problem with this location. Today unfortunately was a different story. I came in to get a pair of flip flops I knew they would have. They did but all the sizes and styles were a bit mixed up. Understandably, due to the extreme heat and probably the huge immediate demand. Not a problem I can read and check boxes. Which is what I did but the person working assumed we were playing or something and told us to not push her boxes. We were placing the shoes that were not the ones we wanted back. I literally just found my size and style and was ready to check out. It felt rude and due to her misjudgment I put the shoes back on the shelf and walked out. I should thank her though because I then went to a competitor in the same mall and got the exact same shoe not only cheaper but found out the other store was having a buy one get one half off. So I got 2 pairs for me and 2 for the kids. In the end I was very happy with my shoe score for the day. It's been a slice Famous Footwear but in a world were I can get the same thing elsewhere I prefer to go someplace I am treated a little better.
Overly priced. Staff is really friendly. Plenty of selections but the price is so high. They have deals but even with deals the price seems too high. You can get the same shoes for so much less of you are willing to shop around. I wouldn't recommend this place due to its price.
