We received personal service from Tamara, one of the owners. She gave us advice on everything we would need for when we bring our new puppy home. Tamara was very patient and walked us down the aisles to show us where everything was, and made recommendations based on the approximate size and breed.nnWe’ve been using them for our bird, so we knew it would be an excellent place to go. It is obvious that everyone there loves animals!
I absolutely love that the owners get to know all of their customers and are so charismatic . You can truly feel the love they have for their patrons and their pets. They also carry items not available at your big box stores at reasonable prices. This store has my business for life!
I love this pet store! When I first got my cat a couple months ago I started coming to this location. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The aisles are always stocked and incredibly clean!! There is also a huge selection of premium cat food. I signed up for the emails so I always plan my trips when I have a 20% off coupon.
Pet Supplies Plus is simply perfect. Large enough to carry anything and everything (I've yet to stump them on a product), yet the staff makes it feel like a neighborhood store. They are attentive and extremely knowledgable. And seem like real pet lovers.
Love it here! Both owners are wonderful! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We love coming here to train our pups in public, use the dog wash, and buy anything for our pets. Thanks Evanston PSP!
