First I appreciate this pet store chain and their hiring strategy. You definitely cater to your customer base and as a former employee of a much larger big box pet store the staff at your locations stands out.nnAnthony was super friendly and helped me explore options in the kibble department for my puppy. He was personable, asked questions and even gave Duke some love!nnRon was just as friendly and made me feel like he knew me all along. This was my first time visiting the Lincolnwood location and I will be back!!!

Great store and convenient location. They have a parking lot so no street parking. They have a large variety of a little bit of everything for any type of pet. They usually have really great deals and promos going on. There are also live animals there like fish and birds ( I think that's what I was hearing ).
This place has everything and it's all very reasonably priced. Nicest management ever, they really go the extra mile! I am a customer for life.
