Love selling Andrea shoes. The staff is very helpful, polite and friendly.
First of all, i have to say that i have never written either a positive or negative review for any company, restaurant, etc. However, this case is different because of how bad my experience have been with this catalog. The first time i ordered something from them years ago the product was OK but this time around it was different. The first time i tried to order some boots they ended up not fitting me and their representative made such a big deal about not being to give me my money back which i do not understand. Yet, i tried once again and ordered some different leather boots which looked good at first. After three wears, the sole from the heel was all twisted and and a little part of the heel chipped. That would be understandable if was doing something out of the ordinary but i only use them when i go to work and i'm a receptionist at a dealership so 70% of the time I'm seated. Anyway, i doubt anyone will listen to this review. I just had to put it out there.
