Shoe carnival is a great place to shop for shoes they have a nice variety of selections and they are reasonable in price only thing I have to do a exchange for my daughter boots to get a bigger size.
I visited this store about a month ago and purchased a pair of shoes for my toddler and when I got home I decided I’d rather get a size bigger. I visited again today to see if I can exchange these shoes (tag on the shoes and receipt in hand) and it was a pleasant experience- I believe the managers name was Maria and the cashier was Rene, they were very nice and didn’t have an attitude like at other locations (no shade ud83eudd23). Overall store was organized and neat, and they follow all covid safety precautions. 10/10 ud83dude42

I walked in here, The owner walked up to me in seconds, and after 5 minutes of looking at my feet, basically described all the trouble I'd been having over the last year. He explained, in detail, the three issues that made my current shoes incompatible with my feet, and gave me three pairs to try to address those issues. After jogging up and down the sidewalk a couple times, we talked about insoles and slippers. I got a pair of runners, a pair of slippers, and some insoles for work that immediately felt so much better on my feet, it was like getting a massage. He also showed me a lacing technique that also felt much better.
