Baca's Funeral Chapels

My mother died in august and they took her. I requested to see my mother and they said it should not be problem. I made sure I made it clear I wanted to see my dead mother before cremation and I was told by them yes I would be able too than all a sudden they cremated her. And I never got to say my goodbyes. This company ruined this for me. So please be very careful with this place before having your loved one put there. They are not caring for the family as I was my mother's only child and family and they took my right to see my mother. They broke my heart and now more years of therapy for me. Thanks Baca's

Horrible experience from start to finish. My sister passed away and dealing with this place was an absolute circus. To top it off they turned in her urn to us with a big crack on it , broken! I ordered it on amazon and have pictures & video of when we gave it to them in brand new condition. They refuse to reimburse us the cost or furnish a new one.($126 may not seem like a big deal but it is when you have lost your loved one and purchased something nice to keep them in) I wish I would have read all the other reviews and would have steered clear of this place. Complete lack of compassion for people who have lost their loved ones. Jacob the so called supervisor is a joke. I will be contacting the better business bureau as soon as i finish typing this.

this is the worst funeral home ever ! do not even think about doing any business with them! employees are rude, un compassionate, and need to find another line of work! horrible experience

Horrible experience. Not only did they crack the urn, but said I have to replace something they broke. Unbelievable would NOT recommend!
