I love it here. I have never had a bad experience. This is my second dog. My first passed away after many years. The prices are affordable. They give you until the end of the business day to get your dog with no fee. They do amazing work. I suggest them all of the time.
WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE!nnOur Dog DIED a few days after getting washed and groomed here. Our dog was super healthy and active. After her service here, she was a bit sluggish, we figured it was from the bath or the time she was there. Unfortunately, she died a few days after.
I've been taking my 5 shihtzu here for 2 years and momma shihtzu for 10 years. I actually purchased her there when they used to sell dogs. Love their customer service and their fees are not too bad. I live in Albany park and I always go to the south to take my babies for their cut every 3 months. Definitely recommended ud83dudc4c
