I came in on a Friday, kinda late. Needed something for the next day. Loretta was fantastic helping me find the right boot, with the right fit. She spent at least 30 minutes helping me try on several pair to be sure I was happy. Definitely going back for the next pair!
The lady running the store was kind but I will not be giving her anymore of my business. She made enough off a pair of boots that could’ve paid half of my next pair I will buy somewhere else. No negotiating prices with a $50 markup on what you can purchase through the double h catalog. Unfortunately for me she was the only one who had the boot I wanted in stock. And due to COVID, double h line for back order is a long ways out. Shop around but this place is an absolute last resort.

It's alot better that Footworks. And cheaper. Better boots, Footworks boots sells a pair of boots as brand new after 50 people walk around in them. It's a no brainier folks. Buy from Lorettas and get a new pair of shoes, not worn by 50 people.
Great selection and services and not just boots, a must do.
