They can't keep from having an astronomical turnover rate because they don't treat people who are sent from staffing agencies very well. They just recently increased wages from $7.00/hr in 2017. Now they pay like $9.35. How is someone expected to get ahead when they make so little? The job is so easy it's boring and the company does nothing to motivate employees. However they are happy just that you show up for work and offer employment without drug testing.
