They are always busy, that tells me something! Zack set my bow up and was thorough and quick. Great customer service and fair pricing. Best bow shop I know of in NE Iowa.
Called 30 minutes before coming to see what they had available. Then we made a trip from Waukon with our bows to check out their range and maybe get a tune up. However, we arrived at 2:20 on a Saturday and the store was closed. Online and in the phone recordings it says they close at 3:00. I'm sure they're fine as long as they are there
Great group of guys that are they to help you, not just try selling you something. They treat you like family not just another customer. That’s why I drive 2 hrs to get all my bow work done there, because they care about you and want to make sure your comfortable with your set up!
Curt (the owner) has set up a few bows for me. This guy knows his stuff and won't sell you something you don't need. He is a wealth of information, and I like that they have what I view as the top two bow brands (Hoyt and Mathews) so you can shoot them side by side.nnTerrific shop with terrific people.
