Sent to collections for a balance of around $20 that I thought I would take care of the next time I ordered supplies. I had recently spent over $3000 on equipment. Not going back.
They like you if you spend money there. Apparently working me my doctor on a new setting for my machine is asking too much. they wanted to charge me for every 15 minutes. So much for spending thousands of dollars with them.
Worst management ever! Will not take the time to train new employees, very rude, unprofessional people. No thank you!!!
Alot of selection right on site to look at and try. Friendly staff. Always willing to help. One of the few independently owned and operated DME companies that still exists. Always service before anything else.
They were able to help me when I broke my cpap machine (absolutely my fault); however, they spent every conversation trying to sell me on a machine I didn't like. When I finally got them convinced to help me get my original machine, they couldn't get the exact model. Fine, no problem - one like it will do. They did help me get it covered by my insurance; however one person told me over the phone that I would get a monthly bill for my co-pay / deductible. When I went in to pick it up, however, I was told I had to pay all of that up front (over $400) if I wanted to take it home. I'm giving them two stars to thank them for working with insurance, but will try another company next time.
