Kaitlyn was very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Since my career life was spent entirely in customer service, I know how difficult it can be. My experience today was “on target” in every way. She even wished me Merry Christmas as I was leaving. Exceptional is the best word to describe her abilities.
I spoke to Megan before I arrived. She assured me that the store is regularly disinfected and that they required all persons to wear a mask due to covid 19. I arrived and found that all of her assertions were true. In addition, she was knowledgeable and just plain kind. What a refreshing experience. So sad that more merchants don't do the same. I will return!
