My husband thought we needed to buy some new parts for our vacuum. Turned out to be an easy repair for a part that was not functioning properly. Only took a few minutes & some expert advice. Dropped off my Shark Lift-off Professional the Friday before Labor Day to get cleaned up and help improve lost suction (with two dogs, a toddler, and long hair, it was due for a tune up!). I figured with the holiday weekend it'd take a few extra days, but they called the next day! Took it home to test it out and it's working and looking like new! Very satisfied with the service and the price. Would recommend to anyone who likes their vac, just needs it cleaned up/tuned up!
