Baught a house with their service. Never signed up for it, asked them to remove their system. They would not come on my time, they expected me to take off work so they could remove their system. Even though I never signed up for their service they have been charging me for over a year and half. Refused to remove the system but charge me every month.

From start to finish the experience was fantastic! Purchasing a water softener is something that most people lack specific knowledge on. Neal's made it easy with very knowledgeable staff along with a rent or own option. The service personnel were on time and professional. They took the time to explain the equipment to me and gave a couple pointers. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services!

They were very rude to us. Not helpful at all. Said it was to much work. We got told it wasn't possible or them to give us what we wanted. Not happy what so ever with how highly this company was talked and is talked about. Super disappointed.
