I ended up at the wrong 99 and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I ran into some issues at the West Springfield location when I finally did get there however. I suggest the Liberty St Springfield location over all others.
My expectations were very low for this place, a chain restaurant in a strip mall that I had not gotten very good reports about. I ordered the smothered sirloin tips with a small salad, and it was much better than I thought it would be. The tips were tender and done medium as I had asked, smothered with peppers, mushrooms and onions--really quite good. The meal came with a baked potato and broccoli, done just right--cooked, but still firm. Another in the group ordered the same thing, and he thought it was great also.
Great time, great experience, awesome server her name is Amber, she has half brown half blonde hair definitely ask for her!
Melissa was what you call good customer service She was there And not to mention she ask me cut in my steak to see if it's done I tell you we need alot more of her all around Hope you serve again!!!
Great service! Wish the salad was made from leafy greens, but overall good experience.
