AMF Chicopee Lanes

Had one line open for everything u needed. Line was long for most of the 2hrs we were there. Stood in line to pay & get shoes. Stood in line again when my gdaughter needed a bigger size. Stood in line to order & pay for water. Then had to wait while woman went over to concession stand to get the water. Leaving others just waiting in line Kids then wanted something to eat. Looked @ line. Too long. By the time I waited, ordered, then who knows how long we would of had to wait. Brought them somewhere else when finished. Not sure if they only had one person doing the job of 3 people or not. But when your business is busy & people r paying they shouldnt have to stand in same line for everything they need. Especially while your on a timer & many people.They start timer once u pay. Two hrs was our time. They only gave us one ball for the kids that were playing. Which made the clock tick down waiting for that one bowling ball to come back down. & we also had other bowlers right next to us. About a ft away. Noone had masks on. Instead of using every other lane. One whole half of bowling alley was empty. Then upon leaving we stood in line again to return shoes. @ entrance/exit as were leaving. Must of been bowling league blocking the whole exit about 30 people to go thru to get out. Little surprised about that. Why they would b @ beginning of lanes. Some had masks some didnt. So if a next time I will def b a little more organized where we dont have to stand in line as many xs as we had to. While clock was ticking on our time! Kids did have fun though. Groupon had good deals. Recommended more help!

We absolutely love this place. Have done league here a few times. Always well kept, they have pitcheds of beer. We recently went with all the social distancing going on and they kept that place up to par. Everything was wicked clean, everyone was apart. You have to wear a mask in and when not down in the lanes. We felt very comfortable there not everyone was all over. We will definitely be going back soon.

Used Groupon to get a good price. Friendly staff. Good social distancing practices in place.

My granddaughter came up from Florida to spend the summer with me. Due to Covid we were on quarantine and nothing was open. We managed to go bowling here the second day they were allowed to reopen before my granddaughter had to go back. It was $14 each for unlimited bowling from 7 to 10pm We bowled 8 games ea. That came out to $1.75 a game. We had a great time. The staff were very friendly.
