Pleasantly surprised by this place considering it's a chain. The menu has great variety and plenty of yummy options for healthier meals. Service was friendly and fast, and the food tasted great! Pricing was very reasonable. Only complaint is that it is advertised as a pub but the draft beer selection was lacking and could use more variety.
The sevice was excellent. The food was not.. I order mozzarella sticks an got moon shape mozzarella . They tasted straight out of the microwave. I also order French fries with cheese and bacon, that was worse. Dry and hard. Over cooked in the microwave. The staff was very nice. Excellent social distancing. Every one was wearing a mask.
During this pandemic, they are trying their best to satisfy costumers. They now have this little table sign that you flip from one side to the other depending your situation. If you need assistance, refills, ready to order or pay or if you just want to eat in peace. Social distancing is good and although they try to maintain their distance, they are very polite about it. Great job 99!
The chicken tenders with the spare rib tibs are the bomb. Cooked deliciously. And I love to add the bbq sauce to the chicken. I also get the pilaf rice. Pleasantly impressed.
We have not.been to 99 since the pandemic started. We decided to try it. The food was mediocre. Mostly because nothing was hot. The worst part was the.phone rang 99 % of the time we were there. It was so annoying we couldn't wait to get out. Won't be going.back any time soon.
