Fighting Force Airsoft

Not happy at all with Fighting Force Airsoft. I purchased a Taurus on spot just for the thing to be faulty (the trigger safety would engage every other time you tried to pull the trigger not letting you pull the trigger). First they tell me two weeks and my new gun will come in. Two weeks come along and I call just to find out it will be another two weeks!! After waiting the two weeks I call again just to find out everything is on back order and it will be end of that month to early mid next month and the staff is telling me personal information about how they lost packages in the mail and are being required to take the loss like this even affects me as the customer and as if they need to even be telling me this in the first place. Finally after over a month I demanded my money back over the phone and I obviously was upset so of course I did not exactly talk like my usual self let’s just say that (keep in mind I didn’t swear AT them merely out of habit like anybody) and they took everything I said personally having there employee call me saying he didn’t appreciate the way I talked to the boss lady which I’m sorry buddy I swore and I’m not that person HOWEVER when dealing with customers you DEAL with it!! Especially when you’re making customers wait over a month for a gun they already paid for!!! It’s an unfortunate part of customer service because let me just tell you I work customer service PERSONALLY and I deal with it all the time. Their customer service is non existent being promised to be called back twice and not being called!! NEVER coming back again and don’t recommend people come here at all. At this point they should consider staying open since they are taking loss after loss apparently. Very disappointed

Absolutely phenomenal! Will happily come again! I thought I wouldn’t ever want to try airsoft again because of previous bad experiences but everyone here was so nice and very welcoming and even taught me so much! I would recommend this place to anyone!

I had always hoped for a airsoft store to go to and this place is better then what I could have imagined. The owner is so incredibly kind and helpful. Will always come back and look forward do doing business with them.

Staff is knowledgeable and cares about their customers they won't try to sell you the most expensive thing they will sell you what you need they care about helping you get better weather it be at the game on the field or just plinking I recommend anyone that plays airsoft come here

i drove by the store the other day and i saw the owners there i stopped by to say hi and the front door was unlocked so i went in and omg it was awsome i met the owner and his wife and they are very nice. i cant wait till they open. i am deffinatly going to go on opening day.
