They are great people. We just had our escape worked on (front catalytic converter by manifold clogged) and the job only took a couple of days! He also informed us with each step before anything was ever done and let us know we have one more issue to fix but he reassured me it would be okay and told me we had just spent a lot, that we'll get through Christmas and the new year then we could get it back to him and he already quoted me a price for that. I DEFINITELY reccomend Sassafras! And a bonus is they're just out of New Haven and a 'mom and pop' type of garage! ud83dude0a
